San Antonio for the weekend!

What a wonderful weekend in San Antonio! We left before the sun came up and started our 9 hour drive so that we could enjoy as much time with Rachael and her family. Vance is growing like a wild flower and Eva is turning into such a little princess. As adorable and loving as she was she still wouldn't stop crying for her mommy to rescue her from any other arms that were holding her. Vance raided my purse of at least a half a dozen dumdums and I being the grandmother got to leave him with his mommy to enjoy his sugar high.

To top off our short trip, Jim and I attended the San Antonio temple. I can't find words to describe how beautiful the Celestial room is. With the stained glass windows of the Tree of Life, the sun shining in so brightly and being with the man that I will spend eternity with, it just took my breath away.

Sometimes I wish weekends could last a little longer.
